The River Car at Revelle's provided the picturesque setting for our first HAT-iversary! Things got cozy quickly when a summer cloud burst forced hatters -- and tables -- in under the covered deck. It was elbow to elbow but that only made us have more fun!

Vice Queen Sharon and her pink hatter daughter Barbara also livened up the party with their homemade party hats that featured pinwheels, butterflies, flowers, Hawaiian leas, and birthday candles. Sharon was of particular amusement to many as her hat kept sliding to the side. Several hatters got a big tickle out of that all afternoon. Not to be outdone, Sharon even showed a few how to spit at the end of the day.
