Mayor Judy Guye declared "Red Hat Day" once again in Elkins as Elkins Purple Majesties current and past Queen Mothers looked on. After the ceremony several hatters strolled downtown to take in some afternoon downtime with friends. They enjoyed sitting outside The Kissel Stop cafe and turned quite a few heads in their red and purple attire!
