Red Hat Day Proclamation
Parsons WV * April 20, 2011

Red Hat Day was celebrated in Parsons with a special proclamation signed by Parsons Mayor Dorothy Judy at City Hall. EPM members also got a tour of the Tucker County Museum and were special guests at the Parsons Senior Center for lunch.
