SHIPPING / HANDLING / INSURANCE: Shipping and handling costs are posted as part of our description of an item offered for sale. THE BUYER PAYS ALL SHIPPING COSTS. We ship via U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service unless other arrangements are made prior to close of bidding. Handling includes materials and labor required to process, pack and ship items. If a buyer would like an item shipped with insurance, he or she MUST SPECIFY. Insurance or delivery confirmation may be required by us on fragile, large, or certain other items and, if such, will be stated as part of the individual item description at time of sale. In all instances, BUYER PAYS FOR ANY INSURANCE OR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION COSTS. If insurance or tracking service is not stated a buyer may still purchase, but is not required to purchase, such special services at the current rate.

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE: Any questions about the description of a particular item offered for auction OR questions about terms of sale should be resolved by Email prior to bidding or in any case before the close of the bidding. We make every effort to accurately describe each item offered at auction. However, we recognize the short-comings of description interpretation and the inherent problems with long distance communications. We fully intend to deliver the merchandise we offer at auction to the successful high bidder and we fully expect the bidder to meet his/her commitment to purchase. However, it needs to be recognized by both buyer and seller that circumstances can arise which make it impossible to meet this commitment (such as an item being damaged prior to delivery or buyer being incapacitated due to illness). We make every effort to answer all correspondence and questions by E-Mail within a timely manner. Please include item name, number and short description in the subject line of ALL correspondence. Inquiries without this information will take longer to process.

RETURN POLICY: Unless otherwise stated, a bidder may return an item offered by us at auction for a FULL REFUND (including original S/H) provided bidder notifies us of their intention to return within 24 HOURS AFTER RECEIPT. We must receive the returned item WITHIN 7-10 DAYS and in the same condition as it was sent. Generally BUYER will be required to pay RETURN SHIPPING.

CONSIGNMENT MERCHANDISE: We handle consignment merchandise and invite your inquiries in this regard. Any consigned merchandise is governed by this same Auctions Terms & Policy. Generally "Consigned Merchandise" would be personal property belonging to another individual with whom we have contracted to sell his/her merchandise via the Internet. It's our strong belief that a great part of the future of the auction profession lies in the World Wide Web and the Internet Market Place. The profession of the auctioneer is changing, as is the world, because of developments in communications and the computer. We intend to change with this information age.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND ADDITIONAL ITEM INFORMATION: When possible and practical we post photographs of items offered at auction. If an auction site does not make posting pictures possible we can generally make photographic information about an item available to you via Email. In ALL cases we are happy to answer your request for additional information by Email.

REVISIONS OF TERMS AND POLICY: We understand that auctioning on the Internet is a relatively new field. We reserve the right to revise our terms and policies as needs develop. Any changes or revisions will be deemed effective the day of posting on our website(s).
