When inspecting a property that you are thinking about buying TURN ON THE WATER FAUCETS, FLUSH THE TOILET. If the property is serviced by a WATER WELL, TAKE A DRINK. Inspect the electrical breaker box. Most houses today need at least a 200 amp service to support all the modern appliances used in this electronic age. Talk to the NEIGHBORS.
